pickard-design, ltd. is a concept and process driven, multidisciplinary, collaborative studio focusing largely on the design and use of objects, systems, and environments in contemporary culture. Through our collective work we have competed in multiple national and international design competitions and worked in collaboration with numerous artists, architects, designers, and planners and have completed dozens of projects ranging from residential remodels and new-builds to interiors and custom furnishings and from limited production products to corporate web sites. Through the use of front line technology, our collaborative studio, and a rigorous design process we are able to provide our clients with exceptionally high quality products and services from concept to completion. We set out to approach every problem with a variety of solutions that are not only functional, cost effective, and timely, but original, innovative, and visionary.

Our work has received critical recognition, including several academic and industry awards, has been featured in several publications and gallery exhibitions, on the CBS Sunday Morning show following the [Sub]urban Doghouse being named to ReadyMade Magazine's RM100 list of top projects of the year for 2011 and being published in the "ReadyMade 100 Project Manual", and in The New York Times.

This looks to be another exciting and news filled year for us, anticipating new products and redefined services along with some major changes in our office, including unveiling Apollo & Co., our select line of designer doghouses.

As a multidisciplinary firm we are continuously adapting to provide an array of services for a wide variety of clients. As part of this ongoing evolution, we are currently making some major updates to our website and are sorry for the inconvenience.
