Standard formatting and procedures must be used for all submissions. Refer to the readme.txt document or the current edition of the Reference and Standards Sourcebook for instructions and information. Procedures for mutlifile submissions are also covered in these documents.

All passwords are periodically reset or changed, usually every three months, for security purposes.
